Fees

My clients tell me my fees are fair.

There are no flat fees. I don’t believe in them. Every client and every case is different, so why should all their fees be the same? I evaluate each client's case individually, ensuring they get the best representation for a fair and reasonable fee.

Some attorneys charge a flat fee for each service. I find that flat fees can be excessive; as a client may be charged for services they don't actually need or use. That's why each client's offense is handled on a case-by-case basis and the client is charged accordingly.

I also take the time to learn about a client's personal situation. I take into consideration their employment status, family situation, background and willingness to work with me throughout the litigation process, to help me in determining an appropriate fee.

Many attorneys require payment in full at the time the case is accepted. I understand that not everyone can pay the full fee before representation begins. The bottom line is that I am willing to look at each client as a person, and as an individual, to do whatever I can to provide excellent service at an affordable rate.
